A number of projects with public funding require joint efforts and searching for common platforms to solve problems of mutual interest. IC–INDUSTRIECONSULT possesses broad experience in the organisation and managing of processes which envisage interaction and consensus-building between all stakeholders, concerned by the development of a certain region or sector of the economy. This experience is based on the application of the so called "Forum Approach", developed and realised successfully in Bulgaria in the recent years with the support of the Swiss Development and Co–operation. This approach has been applied in the project "Forum for Reaching Consensus on the Operational Programme Priorities of the National Development Plan". It is owing to this initiative that INDUSTRIECONSULT has established good contacts with the leading ministries and managing authorities of the Operational Programmes under Bulgaria's National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) for the period 2007–2013.
